Bee are responsible for pollinating more than 80% of the planet’s grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes.
Pollen is about 40% protein and is the food of young bees. It contains free amino acids, and vitamins which include A, B-complex, C, D, E and K along with folic acid. That’s why many people call it nature’s vitamin pill.
The pollen is collected from established, active and sustained hives. The bees are healthy and well cared for.
Serving size: Most people enjoy taking one or two tablespoons a day. You can eat it raw or sprinkle it on salads, cereal or other food dishes.
Fun Fact: Each pollen granule holds over one a million pollen grains. A teaspoon can contain over two billion pollen grains.
Please Note: The color of bee pollen changes depending upon the flowers that are in bloom and the locality of the hive. So, the pictures may represent bee pollen that is lighter or darker than the pollen granules you receive.
